Cuisine on the Green at Atlantis is the culinary arts training center of Ocean County Vocational Technical School (OCVTS), in action as a fully operational restaurant and bar located at the beautiful Atlantis Golf Course in Little Egg Harbor, NJ.
We serve culinary-inspired creations in a lively environment where post-secondary culinary students actively pursue their career goals as part of OCVTS’s 10-month curriculum encompassing everything from restaurant operations to food service and different types of cuisine.
Cuisine on the Green is the result of a partnership between OCVTS and Ocean County Parks and Recreation to use the restaurant at Atlantis Golf Club as a training, dining, and banquet facility in one.
