The Cream Ridge Winery was founded in 1988 by Tom and Joan Amabile. Since 1988, the Amabile family has enjoyed the passion for wine and the joy of spending time with our customers, whom we call our friends.
Today, Tim and Jackie Schlitzer manage the winery and bring the Amabile and Schlitzer families together as we move toward the next 30 years of wine-making joy! From time to time, we receive inquiries about hosting weddings. As much as we’d love to partake in your big day, we aren’t set up for such an event. However, our friends at Laurita Winery and Iron Plow Winery offer beautiful wedding services and are only eight miles away!
