We are the Giberson family, the newest scoopologists with Ice Cream Emergency, and we will be serving the Jersey Shore! Ali and Joe are the proud parents of three amazing kids, Maddy, Mackenzie, and Henry, who encouraged us to take the leap into the ice cream catering business. We are truly a family owned and operated business looking forward to serving up smiles throughout the Jersey shore.
Joe is a full time paramedic for over 20 years. He, Ali, and Maddy, all volunteer with the local first aid squad. Ice Cream Emergency was the perfect choice for us when choosing a family business. It will be fun to respond to ice cream “emergencies” in our custom emergency vehicle.
