For almost 50 years, Grunin Holdings has invested in projects that positively impact the economic environment of the Central Jersey Shore. These projects span from large commercial real estate ventures to smaller local businesses with everything in between.

Our core business started over 40 years ago with one office building in Toms River. That building is now part of a 130,000+ square foot seven-building complex that houses County and State offices and offices for private tenants. In 2014, Grunin Holdings expanded its investments to include partnerships with other well-respected Ocean County entrepreneurs and businesses.
