Building on the tradition of a decade of Wedding Road Shows, this April 28 proved to be a perfect day to plan out the perfect celebration. Over 75 members of the Southern Ocean County Chamber of Commerce were at the service of more than 143 decision makers who came with  283 guests. With over 426 attendees, the event presented a variety of ways to celebrate that includes a special sunset, pristine beaches, beautiful venues and customized services. The LBI Region Wedding Road Show & Party Planning tour provided a fulfilling day long self guided event at no cost for all to take in the excitement of planning on how to mark a milestone. For eleven years, the Southern Ocean Chamber has brought thousands seeking the services and locations for their special day; helping shape the Long Beach Island Region into a true wedding and special event destination. Chamber member businesses met with potential hosts from Palm Beach Garden Florida to Middletown Connecticut, as well as from cities and towns across Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Though this event draws from hundreds of miles away, it also brings out local residents taking in the day to create an memorable event right close to home. All guest who are preparing for to throw a one of a kind celebration enjoyed samples, tastings and giveaways as well as one on one discussions with experts. Venues that featured six professional party showcase stops and six tour only location stops. All Road Show attendees checked in with tour and breakfast at The Mainland Holiday Inn.
