The Southern Ocean County Chamber of Commerce is conducting research on both visitors to and residents on behalf of the regional business community that includes Little Egg Harbor, Tuckerton, Lacey, Stafford, Barnegat, and Ocean Township as well as Barnegat Light, Harvey Cedars, Surf City, Ship Bottom, Long Beach Township, and Beach Haven. The survey is being conducted by Dr. Brian Tyrrell of Stockton University.

The survey will list questions about customer preferences and thoughts of our area. It is done completely online with any mobile or desktop device and should take approximately 5 to 7 minutes to complete the questionnaire. Participation in this study is completely voluntary and participants can withdraw from the survey at any point. The opinions shared are very important for the chamber, business, and community leaders to better understand how consumer habits have changed since pre-pandemic.

Survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be used to gauge local economic and tourism insights.
