Join nonprofit organizations to network, navigate and identify your best course of leadership in this ever changing and challenging landscape on Friday, November 19 beginning at 10am.
This interactive workshop will be facilitated by Dr Joseph Marchetti, Former Vice President and Professor Emeritus at Stockton University. He will use this forum to open discussion on the new reality for non-profits. Breakout sessions will focus on matching resources with emerging needs and changes on how services are delivered, the increasing role of government in organizational operations, how to generate funding and steady revenue streams during turbulent times, and succession strategies for your board and its mission.
Dr. Marchetti has conducted professional workshops and training programs and served in various capacities on statewide and national organizations. He has also held volunteer leadership positions and board appointments in several community associations including Gilda’s Club of South Jersey , the American Heart Association, the American Red Cross, the March of Dimes and Big Brothers/Big Sisters. As an experienced leader, Dr. Marchetti holds his Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership, Curriculum, and Instruction from the University of Pennsylvania.
The event is scheduled to be held at Stockton Manahawkin Campus, 712 East Bay Avenue on Friday, November 19 beginning at 10am. Covid19 protocols will be in place for those attending.
