Since the start of this year, a strategic realignment has been underway to restructure the Southern Ocean County Chamber of Commerce (SOCC) in collaboration with its charitable affiliate, the Southern Ocean Chamber Association (SOCA), which is celebrating its fifth anniversary.

As part of this collaborative focus, Lori Pepenella, CDME, has shifted from her current CEO of SOCC to assume the title of SOCA President. Lori, along with fellow directors, will identify initiatives aimed at assisting coastal businesses in preparing for challenges and advancements that lie ahead.

Michele Cuff has transitioned from CFO to become chamber Board Treasurer and serves as a trustee for SOCA. These modifications mark a new chapter in the organization’s history, with a renewed focus on resources and regional growth.
