Sea Change Recovery Community Organization and Harm Reduction Center (Sea Change) is led by and for those with lived experience of substance use disorders (SUD). We work to reduce the negative consequences associated with addiction, address the impacts of the opioid crisis, eliminate the stigma surrounding substance use disorders, and provide tools, resources, and support to individuals and families.
Sea Change provides peer recovery support services to help individuals seeking recovery from substance use disorder achieve and maintain recovery, support for family members and friends of people struggling with addiction, and low-barrier access to harm-reduction supplies and education, including naloxone to decrease overdose fatalities, supplies to reduce acute life-threatening infections and chronic diseases.
