Long Beach Island Region Opens Summer with New Way to Get The Information You Need

Our chamber launched a refreshed, consumer centric travel website with VisitLBIregion.com in time for visitors, residents and businesses to refresh summer planning — With restrictions from COVID19 beginning to lift, the need for safe travel planning can be easily met online with Southern Ocean County Chamber of Commerce members newly launched, high performance, tourism related website. In time for summer, this dynamic site brings local knowledge directly to travelers coming from near or far. The Southern Ocean County Chamber business members are the power behind finding the local experts whether it is a place to stay, a fishing expert or birthday cake. It is loaded with resources for those exploring the region for home, or on the go with hyper mobile responsive directory and mapping feature.

VisitLBIregion.com is promising to be the new website for the new normal. With a virtual visitor center, search by town directories and business categories that will make use on all devices as easy as possible. The website has been in design as part of the region’s chamber of commerce five year strategic plan; which strengthens the connection between business and consumer, as well as enhances visibility for the destination. It is part of their destination marketing and management efforts, which has been funded in part by a grant from the NJ Division of Travel & Tourism.
