2020 brings the 12th Annual LBI Wedding Road Show & Party Planning Tour!
Hosted by the Southern Ocean County Chamber of Commerce the 2020 Road Show will take place, rain or shine on Sunday, April 26, 2020.
About – the only event of its kind!
The LBI Wedding Road Show & Party Planning Tour is hosted by the Southern Ocean County Chamber of Commerce. In its 12th year, the Road Show is an event that gives attendees a unique experience while highlighting some of the most sought after venue locations at the Jersey Shore.
The Road Show takes attendees through Long Beach Island’s 18-mile coastal treasure trove, each stop giving you a new perspective into what LBI has to offer for your next event or stay, along with the opportunity to meet very best event professionals.
The Road Show runs from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. and is a free to attend and ideal for decision-makers, engaged couples, event planners, fundraiser, PTO groups and more. Registration is required and can be done online or the day of the Road Show at the first stop— The Holiday Inn, Mainland— located at 151 NJ-72, Manahawkin, NJ 08050. Registration starts at 9:00 a.m. and closes at 12:00 p.m. Chamber staff will be available to answer any questions that you may have while visiting the LBI region.
The Road Show is a self-guided tour where attendees at their leisure visit the Showcase Venues filled with event professionals and have the option to stop at the Tour Only Stops
Who attends the Road Show?
Anyone who is looking to plan a baby shower, wedding, corporate, fund-raiser, anniversary, graduation party, sweet 16, reunion, or an event of any kind. The Road Show is perfect for a day out with friends, family or your committee to kick off the pre-summer season! By the end of the Road Show, you will know so much more about Long Beach Island and what it has to offer for your next event!
Types of Stops
The LBI Wedding Road Show & Party Planning Tour is comprised of Showcase Venues and Tour Only Stops.
If there is severe weather or a state of emergency, please check social and website for information regarding Road Show Schedule. This event would not be rescheduled for 2020 but individual venues may have upcoming party planning events for you to attend.
At these locations, you can expect to tour the venue, meeting venue staff, discuss details and meet with local event professionals as they showcase their services. Refreshments and food will be available to taste and try along the way at each showcase venue free of charge.
2020 Showcase Venues will be posted as soon as possible.
These stops are intended for a brief tour. Smaller in size these venues are great options for attendees to check out if they are in need of a space for a milestone celebration, rehearsal dinner, nights stay or party of any kind. There are no vendors or tastings at these locations.

Parking can be found at each location stop. Registration parking is at The Mainland Holiday Inn located at 151 NJ-72, Manahawkin, NJ 08050
Parking is free. This is a self guided tour so as an attendee you will drive to the participating venues to explore, taste and meet event planning professionals.
Is this event free to attend?
Yes, this is a free event. An RSVP is required. Sign up prior to the event or register the day of at the registration site.
