Local businesses looking to fill seasonal, full and part-time positions will have the opportunity to take part in a Virtual Job Fair as we partner with Ocean County College Career Services, their thousands of students and alumni. The Southern Ocean County Chamber of Commerce works on a daily basis to connect their business members to the talent needed to staff and manage local operations. With the popular Southern Ocean Job Opps program, job listings are posted and seen by almost 2700 potential job seekers. This year, we are happy to announce that along with Ocean County College Career Services, we can bring the cutting edge of online hiring to the Long Beach Island region as well as the college’s connections with high school, higher ed and alumni candidates.
Employers are invited to explore the new digital platform that connects your business with thousands of students and alumni of all ages looking for employment via Handshake. Learn more at the Webinar Series kick off on February 24 at 10am with an overview of the platform, the collaboration to get more eyes on job openings, and how to get trained to make the most of the free opportunity that places our businesses on the forefront of the next generation of hiring.
