The Southern Ocean County Chamber of Commerce brings the latest in workforce hiring and innovation practices directly to regional businesses as they present their Winter Webinar on January 30 beginning at 10am. Due to the response and popularity of their 2023 Innovations Conference, the 110 year business organization has once again partnered with Trendhunter. Recognizing that growing a sustainable workforce has been the largest obstacle for local businesses to overcome, the Southern Ocean Chamber has worked with sponsors to present this program at no cost. The event will be facilitated by Jennifer Kang who is a Research Advisor who works with brands in various industries and partners with clients like Mattel, Coca-Cola and Bayer to deliver innovative ideas that help them to think outside the box
