| Get ready to be inspired by the incredible story of Garland Jeffreys, the legendary singer-songwriter and social activist, in the groundbreaking documentary Garland Jeffreys: King of In Between. This film is a must-see for anyone who appreciates music that transcends boundaries and speaks to the heart of the human experience. Garland Jeffreys: King of In Between delves into the making of his most iconic albums, including “Ghost Writer” and “Escape Artist,” and highlights his collaborations with music legends such as Lou Reed and Bruce Springsteen. The film features rare archival footage, intimate interviews with Jeffreys and his contemporaries, and behind-the-scenes glimpses into his creative process. Doors will open at 7:30.
