Join us at LBI National Golf & Resort for an exquisite Chef’s Table event curated by Executive Chef Andrew Riegel.

Menu:

Course 1: Mushroom Bisque – Caramelized local wild mushrooms, dry sherry, and seasonal herbs.

Course 2: Roasted Butternut Squash with Chorizo & Spiced Braised Kale.

Course 3: Short Rib Tagliatelle Pasta – Shredded short rib with roasted fall vegetables and tagliatelle pasta.

Course 4: Pumpkin Spiced Crème Brûlée – Pumpkin spiced custard with candied pecans and vanilla bean
