Chowderfest Contestant Closeup will take a look at 2018’s contestants, chef’s and recipes. Chowderfest will take place on September 29th & 30th, 2018.
Cuisine on the Green is a Pub and Restaurant located on the Atlantic Golf Course in Little Egg Harbor. Back for their fourth year of Chowderfest, the restaurant will be competing in the Creative category with their infamous Seafood Chowder. Previously Cuisine has won “Rookie of the Year” and multiple third place awards for their Seafood Chowder. Attendees can look forward to “seasonal Jersey produce and locally sourced seafood,” shared Chef Ian Smith.
The restaurant boasts an enviable variety of craft beers, fine wines and spirits to pair with the mouth-watering selection of local seafood, fresh seasonal ingredients and comfort foods. In addition to their bar, pub, restaurant and banquet room, they offer cooking classes courtesy of the Ocean County Center for Culinary Arts.
