One of the standout programs available is On-the-Job Training (OJT), which provides employers with up to 50% wage reimbursement (up to $10,000 per employee) while training new hires. This initiative is a great fit for small businesses aiming to skill up employees while managing onboarding expenses.

Federal Bonding Program

Hiring individuals with limited credit or prior convictions can pose challenges, but the Federal Bonding Program helps mitigate risks by providing free fidelity bonds up to $25,000 to protect businesses against employee dishonesty, including theft and forgery.
