We have been dedicating resources for COVID-19 response. In an effort to assist non profit organizations, we partnered with Stockton University to bring their popular Non Profit Forum online for members to collaborate and learn. Meeting today’s need of relevance and connection, the April 16 forum will address “Non Profit Outreach In Digital Times” presented by Sara Faurot Crowley, Director of Alumni Relations. This informative program will be discussing trends in best practices for engaging donors and building an online presence for support by new methods. The Chamber will also be updating everyone on the activation of Non Profit Solutions program to help amplify organizations outreach, as well as other programs that are underway. The morning will begin at 10am and be presented on the zoom platform at no cost with RSVP email to Kate@sochamber.com .
Sara has been the Director of Alumni Relations at Stockton University since 2003. She is responsible for planning and implementing a comprehensive alumni affairs program which includes more than 60 events each year. Under her leadership, opportunities for alumni engagement have grown significantly and focus on key areas of opportunity for alumni involvement and support. These include communications about University news and events, offering a wide variety of opportunities for alumni to volunteer for the University as mentors, committee members, board members and through community service activities, and encouraging the support of philanthropic opportunities across all areas. Sara grew up on Long Beach Island, received her B.A. from Columbia College and her M.A. from Lindenwood University.
