Annual Coquina Jam Planned for July 25

Scheduled for Sunday, July 25, come out to celebrate female surfing and support a great cause! The 13th Annual Coquina Jam is an all-female surf contest & fundraising event.

The shimmering highlight of the surfing competition is that surfers are paired into teams and then compete through a bracket-style tournament together. The 64 entrants are split into two age pools of younger wahines & more experienced surfers, then randomly selected and paired. Once paired, the participants will be split into 4 fundraising teams leading up to the event, each team with a sponsor vowing to match what is raised!

In year’s past, over $197,500 has been donated thanks to our participants, beach goers and regional business support/sponsorship. For the second year, David’s Dream & Believe Cancer Foundation and Jetty Rock Foundation will partner to direct 100% of profits to families affected by a cancer diagnosis.
