Super Saturday – Super Plunge 2025

The Annual Super Plunge at St. Francis Community Center is a thrilling and charitable event that brings together adventurous participants and a supportive community for a great cause. Held on the beautiful shores of Long Beach Island, the Super Plunge invites participants to take an invigorating leap into the chilly ocean waters, symbolizing resilience, community spirit, and generosity.
This year we’re introducing Super Saturday—a post-plunge celebration in the gymnasium featuring games, music, raffles, food, beer, and more. It’s a fantastic opportunity to connect with the community all while supporting a great cause.

- In-Person Registration: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Please come to St. Francis Community Center, 4700 Long Beach Blvd, LBI)
- Plunge Check-In: 12:00 PM – 12:30 PM
- Plunge Time: 1:00 PM
Cost:
- $30 per person
- $20 for students
Location: 48th Street Beach, Brant Beach
